I booked 2 rooms: one for 2 people and one for 3 (1 adult, 2 kids)- see the photo
The gentleman that checked us in was extremely kind and offered to help with the luggage and really gave us a warm welcome.
Both rooms offered everything that we needed and were super comfortable. Most importantly we all slept really well in the super quiet environment as the building is located behind the restaurant and thus further away from the street. The view from our balcony was also extremely pretty.
Only things that could be better:
On Sunday the damn church started ringing their bells already at 6am, which is complete lunacy
And it would nice that the breakfast could be already included in the current room price. But we bought it separately and it offered a small but nice buffet selection of different breads, cheeses and cured meats.
Excellent traditional Austrian hotel. The hotel was spotless, staff were courteous, helpful and professional, food was very good. We only stayed for one night on our way back from holiday but will definitely stay again if we are in the area.
Arrived on spec after being forced off the mountain in bad weather in early September. They had no rooms but sent us round the corner to someone who did have rooms. The restaurant was full so I think it must be good, we were going to come back for dinner but found a closer restaurant as we were very tired. Nice of them to show us to another place.
Nice restaurant! Good food great service
We stayed for one night only which was good since we had the room facing to the street with noisy and intense traffic. ||The room was appropriate the bathroom was little bit old fashioned also with soap and shower gel in small plastic bags.||The breakfast was nice and comprehensive and the friendly staff was always close by.
This is a lovely traditional Austrian restaurant with their classic food (a good beer is implied). We stopped there for lunch while driving towards Benelux and we were very happy about that. The number of options on the menu is not too rich, but everybody will find something which they like. Not to forget: apfelstrudel is fantastic.
Good quality food Abit on the expensive side . Portions are big and service is nice . The food is Austrian classic dishes . Ambient is very family orientated.
We went here on one of our last days of our holiday. The customer service was a 5 star. The gentleman who served us was very nice and made recommendations. As for the food, we started off with the soup which was a vegetable soup (3 out of 5) and a garlic soup (4.5 out of 5). Then we got the vegetarian dumplings (4 out of 5) and beef in stew served with pasta and potato (3.5 out of 5). Then we ended the night with the crepes and ice cream desert (4 out of 5). For the most part everything tasted good. The reason why I gave some dishes 3.5 was because the food was just good and not great.
I highly recommend someone come to this place for the service and the food. Although this place didn't get a 5, we really enjoyed our time here especially with how the server treated us.
